As we intend for this web site to be informative and to be a refined source for the most recent research and findings related to yoga and health, we will share this information in the most concise and useful means possible. When appropriate we will link to other articles with a comment sharing why the article may be of interest to you.

Additionally, as we further expand this web site, we will develop categories related to specific topics and how yoga may be able to help. Examples: MS, Parkinson’s, TMJ pain, Fibromyalgia, migraines, IBS, etc. We will also encourage you to request our help in finding information for you.
